BOBO Styling Competition — Terms and Conditions
1. Promotional Period
The competition opens on 21 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 4 October 2026. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility
- Entrants must be UK residents.
- Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Purchase any cold drink from a participating Mooboo UK store during the promotional period.
- Draw, decorate or style BOBO on their Mooboo cup.
- Take a clear photograph of their completed creation.
- Share the photograph on their Instagram Story and tag @mooboouk.
4. Instagram Entry Requirements
- The entrant’s Instagram profile and Story must be set to public when the entry is posted.
- Mooboo must be able to view the Story and receive the @mooboouk tag for the entry to be valid.
- Entrants are advised to keep a screenshot of their Instagram Story as proof of entry.
- All submitted designs must be the entrant’s own original work.
5. Judging Criteria
- Mooboo will select three winners based on creativity, originality, quality of execution and overall visual impact.
- All entries will be reviewed by a Mooboo judging panel.
- The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prizes
- Each winner will receive one £18 Mooboo gift card.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
- The Mooboo gift card is subject to its applicable terms and conditions.
7. Winner Notification
- After the competition closes, winners will be contacted by Direct Message from the official Mooboo Instagram account, @mooboouk.
- Winners must respond within seven days of receiving the notification.
- If a winner does not respond within the specified period, cannot provide the required information or is found to be ineligible, Mooboo reserves the right to select another winner.
8. Permission to Use Entries
By entering, participants give Mooboo permission to repost and use their submitted photographs on Mooboo’s website, social media channels and promotional materials. Mooboo will credit the original creator where reasonably possible.
9. Disqualification
Mooboo reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:
- Contains offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory or unlawful content.
- Infringes another person’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Uses copied artwork or content created by another person.
- Does not meet the entry requirements.
- Attempts to manipulate the competition or influence the results unfairly.
10. General Conditions
- Mooboo reserves the right to request proof of purchase.
- Mooboo is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, incorrectly tagged, posted from a private account, deleted or not visible due to technical or Instagram-related issues.
- Mooboo reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
- Personal information provided by winners will only be used to administer the competition and arrange the prizes.
11. Instagram Disclaimer
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility relating to the competition.
12. Promoter
The promoter is Mooboo UK.
By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
