Responsibilities: • Responsible for beverage preparation, operation, sales, entertaining customers, and providing high-quality products and services to customers. • Ensure the store operates effectively. • Lead the team to achieve sales targets. • Provide staff training and update the company’s latest guidelines and codes to employees in a timely manner. • Need to work on the morning shift, evening shift and holiday shift. • To be responsible for the daily store work, to monitor the environmental sanitation in the store to meet the hygienic level. • Responsible for store scheduling and monitoring staff performance. • It is necessary to order goods regularly and be responsible for managing the inventory in the store. • Requires regular training and attendance at company meetings. Requirement: • Have the right to work in the UK. • Experience in food/beverage service industry • Punctual and stable attendance • Working hours can be matched with morning shift, evening shift and holiday shift• Have good planning and organizational skills • Good leadership and customer service skills • Familiarity with food hygiene procedures, health and safety procedures • Willing to learn.
