Mooboo Loyalty App Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Mooboo App (the “Service”) operated by Mooboo Bubble Tea Ltd. (“The Company”, “Mooboo”, “us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. This Terms and Conditions agreement for Mooboo is powered by TermsFeed.

1. Downloading the Mooboo Loyalty App and App Usage


To join the Mooboo Loyalty app (for Android™ or iPhone® device) (“App” “Mooboo App”), customers must follow the prompts to create an account. You will be required to provide the following information:

2. Email address

3. Password for the Mooboo Loyalty App

Upon signing up to the App, you are automatically provided with a digital membership (“Loyalty Program”) in the form of a QR code (“QR code” “Customer QR Code” “Loyalty QR Code”). Only one account per customer is permitted. 

All Mooboo Memberships, including the one that is digitally provisioned, are subject to the Mooboo Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms of Use. For more information about the Mooboo Terms and Conditions, please visit

Personal information which you provide to us for purposes of creating an account and registering your Mooboo App account will be held pursuant to the Mooboo Privacy Policy and may be processed by Mooboo in the United Kingdom.   • Adding to Cart. Customer must use the ‘Menu’ tab in the Mooboo’s app to select menu items and add it to the cart. When finished, customer must select ‘Show QR code’ and present it to the staff in-store. Staff will scan the QR code, and customer must pay for their orders at the till. Orders made must be collected in person from a participating restaurant. 
  • Travelling to a participating restaurant. Customers must be aware that product availability and prices may vary. In the event of menu items being sold out or out of stock, the staff in-store will update the order and the order total. 
  • Order Preparation. Upon finalisation and payment of customer orders, orders will then be prepared by the staff in-store.


The Loyalty Program which is available through the Mooboo Loyalty App uses a points (“Loyalty Points” “points”) system that counts down to the number of points remaining that are needed to claim a reward. As a customer earns points, a countdown will be available to view the remaining points needed in order to collect a reward. 

Customers must be logged in before attempting to place an order.  Upon purchase at the till, a customer’s loyalty QR code must be scanned. The QR code must be presented using the Mooboo Loyalty app. Screenshots and photo renders will not be accepted. Points will only be credited upon proper scanning of the QR code. Unless otherwise stated, points are automatically added to your account within twenty-four (24) to fourty-eight (48) hours of your eligible purchase and the successful scanning of the customer’s QR code. 

One drink purchase earns a customer’s loyalty account one loyalty point. A customer is entitled to receive a Free Drink Voucher worth 1 free regular-sized Milk or Fruit Tea valued at a maximum of £4.49 (“Voucher”) after earning 8 points, which will be made available to the customer in the Loyalty section of the Mooboo app in the form of a digital voucher. We reserve the right to change, add or delete products and services eligible for redemption at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice.

Points may only be redeemed through the use of the Mooboo App, and cannot be redeemed via the Website. 

Failure to scan the QR code, due to mechanical, technical, manual or any type of error from any parties in the transaction, will result in points not being credited to the loyalty account.

Mooboo is not liable for loss of points or missing points as a result of any error in scanning the QR code, or any outage occurring during purchase.

Points cannot be retrospectively credited after a purchase is completed.

Note: Points will only be credited for walk-in purchases. Points for delivery orders will not be credited. 

Your Account and accumulated Loyalty Points are personal to you, and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends, or others, and may not be used for any commercial purpose.

2. Third-Party Links and Websites in Mooboo Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mooboo.

Mooboo has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Mooboo shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

3. Communications

By creating an Account on our Mooboo Loyalty app, you consent to receive electronic communications from Mooboo via email. These communications may include notices about promotional events, your Account (e.g. password changes, security concerns and other transactional information) and are part of your relationship with us. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including, but not limited to, that such communications be in writing.

Mooboo may offer promotional events at specific periods in time. As part of your consent, you authorize Mooboo to communicate with you electronically (via email) about such promotional events, and to send you the promotional events’ descriptions and official terms and conditions that apply to such promotional events.  

In the event that you wish withdraw your consent to such sharing, or desire to opt out of marketing and promotional communications and events, you can follow the instructions below for Account Deletion.

4. Termination of Access

Mooboo reserves the right to terminate or suspend access if the company has a right to suspect the abuse of usage, perks and/or features of the Mooboo app. 

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if any terms have been breached. 

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please terminate the use of our Service immediately.

7. Account Deletion

Please click here if you would like the account to be removed from the system. Account Deletions are processed in a queue and are dealt with at the order that they are received. Customers that request for account deletion will be completed within 28 days, subject to queue. Upon deletion of a customer’s loyalty account, the customer will lose access to all unused Mooboo rewards and discounts. This process cannot be reversed. 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Company, its employees, Franchisees, its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of our Services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
